The Role: Sales Engineer - BMS (Saudi Nationals)

Carrier is seeking a Sales Engineer - BMS (Saudi Nationals) to join its team. This full-time position involves identifying and developing business opportunities for Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions. The role focuses on promoting building automation products and systems to various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and end-users, within a dedicated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for BMS solutions.
• Promote building automation products and systems to consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and close projects effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and consultants, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Scan for current business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process.
• Achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Engage with customers through a professional sales process to drive revenue.
• Understand customer needs and build trust.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Experience in negotiating and closing projects.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
