The Role of Sales Marketing Coordinator

The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid position based in Saudi Arabia. This role involves coordinating various sales and marketing activities, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The coordinator will work closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities and manage client communications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing marketing campaigns and preparing promotional materials.
Support sales presentations and proposals.
Organize and execute employee mobilization and client meetings.
Maintain marketing calendars and track project performance.
Manage communication with internal teams and clients.
Update CRM systems and sales reports.
Draft marketing content.
Support project timelines related to business development initiatives.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify opportunities and follow up on leads.
