Sector Lead Food & beverage

About the Role

Solenis is seeking a Sector Lead, Food & beverage - KSA to manage sales activities for assigned accounts. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of product and service delivery within the food and beverage sector in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical sales calls to both new and existing clients.
• Address sales inquiries and concerns via phone, electronically, or in person.
• Schedule sales activities and develop comprehensive sales action plans and strategies.
• Prepare technical sales proposals and present sales contracts.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up for management.
• Maintain detailed sales activity records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and product developments by analyzing trends and identifying sales opportunities.
• Enhance job knowledge in technical aspects and selling skills through continuous learning and participation in educational opportunities.
• Develop new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new clients, building rapport, providing technical information, and preparing quotations.
• Contribute to department and organizational goals by taking ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to established standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.

Customer Categories

The role will focus on customer categories including non-alcoholic beverages, processed food, and dairy.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience for this position.
