Role Overview

Gilead is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations - Middle East. This full-time role is crucial for supporting commercial teams and ensuring operational excellence across the GCC and Middle East region. The position involves contributing to the discovery and development of scientific innovations, with a focus on driving business performance and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with commercial teams across the GCC and Middle East region.
• Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Business Conduct/Legal, and other support functions.
• Represent the needs of the Middle East markets concerning Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Learning & Development, and Omnichannel capabilities.
• Ensure alignment of commercial operations with business priorities.
• Support commercial teams by providing insights, recommendations, and operational solutions to drive business performance.
• Promote the sharing of best practices and collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams on common business challenges and projects.

Operational Duties

• Support the development and execution of robust commercial plans and Periodic Operating Reviews (POAs).
• Ensure Commercial Operations objectives, priorities, and initiatives are clearly documented, communicated, monitored, and regularly reviewed.
• Provide analytical and operational support to enable effective business planning and decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 8+ years of relevant experience.
