About the Role

Vikst Marketing is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a strategic individual with 5-10 years of experience who excels in Meta Ads, thrives in the eCommerce sector, and is focused on scaling Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands. The specialist will act as a growth partner, driving revenue and providing confident guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across Instagram and Facebook.
• Strategize end-to-end customer journeys, from ad creative development to landing page optimization and Lifetime Value (LTV) enhancement.
• Audit, optimize, and scale campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with creative specialists and developers to ensure alignment between messaging and performance goals.
• Participate in client strategy calls, offering expert advice.
• Provide proactive insights that directly impact revenue, moving beyond standard reporting.
• Explore and evaluate scaling opportunities across other platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, or Google, where relevant.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of professional experience in performance marketing.
• Extensive experience with Meta Ads, including managing significant budgets (millions, not thousands).
• Proven track record in eCommerce performance marketing.
• Ability to articulate strategy fluently and advise founders and CMOs effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis to identify bottlenecks and discover scalable solutions.
• Clear and confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Adaptability to fast-paced team environments, direct feedback, and accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snapchat, TikTok, or Google Ads is a plus, though Meta Ads mastery is essential.
