Senior Planner

About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Senior Planner to join its Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) division. This full-time role involves preparing and developing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly and monthly basis. The plans will cover mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans, including all related activities.
• Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the timely implementation and completion of planned maintenance activities.
• Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues affecting SATORP’s equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
• Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions to develop maintenance plans and schedules, providing technical inputs and recommendations as required.
• Coordinate with the CET Division to evaluate progress against plans and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for planning and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure the availability of maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment required for job execution.
• Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports related to routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
• Utilize the SAP system, computer programs, and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
• Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
• Maintain all historical records and databases of routine and preventive maintenance plans.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all HSE rules.
• Encourage the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
• Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
• Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and the ability to resolve problems effectively.
• Strategic management skills.
