About the Role

HILL INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Senior Project Risk Engineer to join their team. This full-time position involves managing and overseeing all aspects of project planning, development, and implementation, with a strong focus on risk management within construction projects. The role requires a background in pre-construction management and a commitment to ensuring project outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development, and implementation across various projects.
Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to identify, assess, and evaluate risk issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and implement comprehensive risk management plans for construction projects, detailing risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation procedures.
Regularly facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and other management teams.
Predict potential financial liability for the Division based on data from various sources.
Handle costs, claims associated with cost and time, change order management, and conflict resolution.
Ensure project outcomes meet established quality standards, remain within agreed scope, and are delivered on time and within budget, in line with agency project management methodology.
Adhere to relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Required Experience and Skills

Strong background in pre-construction management, including contract management, procurement, tendering, estimating, and cost control.
Good working knowledge of schedule management and the sequence of activities from pre-design through design development, construction, and closeout.
Experience level of 0-1 years is required for this position.
