This full-time role focuses on ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within a company committed to continuous development through top-quality products, technologies, and services. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Safety Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining safety standards. This role involves active collaboration with various departments to enhance overall safety and environmental practices, contributing to a secure and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement HSE policies and safety procedures to minimize risks and improve workplace safety.
• Prepare comprehensive safety reports.
• Manage and oversee safety audits.
• Conduct safety training programs for employees.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of safety equipment.
• Report to and assist the GA Manager on health, safety, environment, and industrial documentation in line with HSEI policies and objectives.
• Ensure site compliance with Health & Safety and Environment rules, procedures, and action plans.
• Improve training materials, development processes, and self-assessments to enhance work quality.
• Prepare monthly reports and materials for meetings and presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a safety-related role.
• Good knowledge of risk assessment, emergency procedures, and fire safety.
• Proficiency in developing HSE policies and conducting risk assessments.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
