About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on providing technical support and diagnostic services for trucks and buses, ensuring efficient operations and effective problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Truck & Bus diagnosis, technical, and parts systems for effective problem-solving.
• Provide technical assistance to technicians for diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports detailing site visits and vehicle problems.
• Conduct field service visits and attend to breakdowns at various sites.
• Interpret and understand wiring diagrams, repair requests, and technical literature.
• Transfer knowledge and expertise to the work team.
• Manage and process warranty claims within MAN systems, adhering to established guidelines.
• Monitor the MAN Aftersales Portal daily for new information and updates.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a service engineering role, preferably within the automotive or heavy vehicle industry.
