About the Role

Müller`s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Consultant. This full-time role requires strong hands-on experience in CLM solutions, specifically within the Banking/Financial Services sector. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow CLM solutions, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and provide support for ServiceNow CLM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation within ServiceNow.
• Manage comprehensive contract lifecycle processes, including creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
• Develop and maintain integrations with both internal and external systems.
• Utilize Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs for solution development.
• Support activities related to data migration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support for implemented solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
• Proven background and experience within the Banking/Financial Services sector.
• Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, and automation.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
