About Jazeera Paints

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in the central region. This full-time role focuses on implementing the showroom sales plan and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and managing showroom operations. This includes direct customer interaction, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to maintaining an organized and presentable showroom environment.

Welcome customers, provide high-standard service, and address their needs.
Handle product handovers and offer pre-sales and after-sales support.
Supervise showroom operations and inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist customers with product introductions, requirement identification, color coordination, and product selection.
Process orders, invoicing, and product delivery accurately.
Coordinate showroom personnel activities for efficient operations.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
Ensure availability of marketing materials such as brochures and catalogs.
Achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Process online orders and update the e-commerce platform.
Ensure adequate stock availability, particularly for fast-moving items.
Apply stock replenishment procedures by requesting products from warehouses based on established stock levels.
Comply with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to minimize slow-moving inventory.
Report missing or unavailable products at the central warehouse to the direct manager.
Report showroom damage, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to the direct supervisor and follow up on corrective actions.
Conduct inventory counts, reconcile balances, and report shortages or damage.
Complete daily closing processes accurately and on time, including handling customer advance payments.
Execute assigned marketing programs and initiatives, including product campaigns and field visits.
Ensure all showroom employees comply with approved uniform and dress code requirements.
Promote and sell all company product ranges to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure the availability and proper condition of safety equipment and report non-compliance, including valid Civil Defense and municipal licenses, fire extinguishers, and company vehicle roadworthiness and documentation.
Implement and comply with the company's Ashanak program terms and requirements.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
Execute activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Compliance and Safety

A critical aspect of this role involves ensuring full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines. This includes maintaining valid licenses, ensuring the functionality of safety equipment, and adhering to all internal procedures to create a safe and efficient working environment.

Operational Management

The Showroom Sales Representative will oversee daily showroom operations, from managing inventory and processing orders to coordinating staff activities. This requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure all processes align with Jazeera Paints' standards for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Customer and Sales Focus

This position is central to achieving sales objectives by providing excellent customer service and actively promoting Jazeera Paints' product range. The representative will guide customers through product selection, color coordination, and ensure a positive purchasing experience, contributing directly to sales targets.
