About the Role

Airbus is seeking a Site Manager to oversee and control personnel and activities on-site, ensuring optimal service support. This full-time role involves delivering all operational requirements of the contract in a timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction. The Site Manager will lead a team of experienced maintenance technicians and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Maintenance standards applicable to Airbus and customer requirements. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Adhere to all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
• Manage, assign, and control the duties of the site maintenance team.
• Provide monthly reporting on operations KPIs and on-site performance to management.
• Monitor and track operational issues, providing status updates on corrections to management as requested.
• Ensure satisfactory performance of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within a customer environment.
• Apply the highest Quality and Safety standards in managing site operations.
• Report all incidents to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Quality and Safety Department.
• Manage all daily preventive, corrective, servicing, and routine maintenance works.
• Lead a team of technicians to effectively inspect, maintain, operate, repair, troubleshoot, and service helicopter systems.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Program Manager to ensure work completion as per the planned schedule.
• Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items, confirm serviceability, and sign the Release to Service.
• Ensure all work performed is recorded on appropriate documentation and signed as required by the AHA Management System.
• Ensure the correct use, control, and return of aircraft parts and materials.

Team Leadership and Development

• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to management as requested.
• Communicate Safety, Quality, and Process updates to the on-site team.
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals.
• Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures.

Operational Standards

• Ensure all work is completed on time, on cost, and to the required quality standards to meet Airbus requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in site management and maintenance operations.
