About the Role

EDITION is seeking a Spa Attendant to support various vital Spa functions. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests through comprehensive Spa services. The Spa Attendant takes initiative to deliver a wide range of services, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations within the spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting Spa services and retail products to guests.
• Scheduling and confirming reservations and appointments.
• Providing detailed information and answers regarding available services.
• Checking in guests and processing payments efficiently.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This role requires physical activity and interaction within the spa setting. Spa Attendants will be on their feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking over various surfaces. The position involves managing reservation software, requiring the ability to read and visually verify information. A hands-on approach is necessary, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are also part of the role's physical demands.
