The Spa Attendant Role

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming spa environment at Faena The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing the cleanliness of spa facilities, restocking supplies, and providing direct support to guests and the spa team. The role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, offer refreshments, provide spa tours, answer questions, and assist with changing into robes.
• Maintain all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms, ensuring they are spotless. This includes cleaning floors, mirrors, and furniture.
• Manage laundry operations for spa linens.
• Restock towels, water, amenities, and retail products throughout the spa.
• Coordinate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle basic phone inquiries and manage simple bookings or rescheduling requests.
• Process payments for spa services or retail products.
• Assist with stock control for linens, consumables, and retail items.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related service role.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Possess stamina for a fast-paced work setting.
