Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail products to guests.
• Scheduling and confirming guest appointments and reservations.
• Answering guest inquiries regarding spa services.
• Registering guests and processing payments efficiently.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Demands

The Spa Service Expert is expected to maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality standards. Professional appearance, personal grooming, and communication are required at all times. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods on uneven or slippery surfaces. The ability to move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted, and up to 25 pounds with assistance, is necessary. Tasks also require reaching above and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
