About the Role

Edition is seeking a Spa Service Expert to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role involves supporting various fundamental aspects of the spa, focusing on delivering a unique and memorable experience for guests through spa services. The Spa Service Expert takes initiative to provide a wide range of services, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Promote spa services and retail sales.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments.
• Answer guest questions regarding services.
• Register guests for spa services.
• Process payments for services and products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workspace for all guests and staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.
• Perform tasks that require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods on various surfaces.
• Be capable of moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted, and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reach above and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as required by the role.
• Execute all tasks to the best of ability, ensuring high standards for guests and the business.
