Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, specification, and related services for structures and foundations, including those made of concrete, steel, wood, or engineered products.
• Apply conventional engineering practices while devising new approaches to encountered problems.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct work that requires independent judgment in evaluating and adapting engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Address complex features such as conflicting design requirements, suitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination needs.
• Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.
• Plan, budget, organize, coordinate, and control projects as a lead professional.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and contribute to coaching and developing lower-level professionals.

Required Experience
