This is a contract-based entrepreneurial partnership opportunity, not a traditional employment position, designed for professionals seeking to build and grow their own business while collaborating with ICG on strategic engagements.

Key Responsibilities of a Strategic Partner

• Identify, develop, and accelerate strategic business opportunities.
• Build and manage executive relationships within your market.
• Collaborate across one or multiple ICG service lines.
• Participate in executive engagements, opportunity development, and deal progression activities.
• Co-create large-scale, multi-year transformation programs.
• Operate independently as an advisor, consultant, or business leader.
• Build and manage your own business development and delivery teams.
• Expand market reach while leveraging ICG's enterprise delivery capabilities.

Strategic Partners will have the opportunity to collaborate across various service lines, including Strategy, Advisory & Transformation; Enterprise Technology Services; Artificial Intelligence & Automation; Data, Analytics & Intelligence; Cloud, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity; Data Centre & Digital Infrastructure; Business Process Services; Professional & Managed Services; Geospatial & Smart Infrastructure Services; Training, Capability Building & Leadership Development; Research, Benchmarking & Market Intelligence; Water, Utilities & Environmental Services; Engineering Design & Technical Advisory; Construction & Project Delivery Management; and Infrastructure Planning & Development.

Qualifications and Background

We are seeking individuals and organizations with 5-10 years of relevant experience who possess strong executive relationships and market influence, proven business development and consulting capabilities, industry expertise, and strategic thinking. An entrepreneurial mindset and growth ambition are essential, along with the ability to identify and develop complex opportunities. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are required, as is a desire to build long-term value and meaningful client relationships.

Working Model and Compensation

This role offers a remote and location-flexible working model across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, with no fixed working hours and a flexible engagement structure. Partners can operate independently or build and lead their own teams, maintaining their existing business or consulting practice while partnering with ICG. Compensation is based on a performance-driven commercial model with uncapped earning potential.
