About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Supervisor InRoom Dining to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves overseeing in-room dining operations to ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent teamwork to guarantee optimal service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staff appearance and attire, correcting any negligence.
• Perform department opening and closing tasks, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing doors.
• Monitor storage areas, ensure FIFO compliance, and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete scheduled inventory and stock documents, and order required supplies.
• Monitor available seating in dining rooms, service quality, safety standards, and customer well-being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
• Serve as a role model and reference for Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy procedures.

Operational Duties

• Follow all chain safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident risks, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and appearance are clean and professional.
• Respect the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect, working towards common goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and employees, including answering the phone using appropriate etiquette.
• Listen and respond appropriately to guest and employee concerns.
• Perform other tasks requested by managers consistent with the position.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (* kg) without assistance.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or a full shift.
• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats (*, small print) and visually inspect tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights requiring excellent motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to reach objects overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and ascend and descend stairs and service ramps.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
