About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor Marketing for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on promoting brand image awareness both internally and externally, utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. The Supervisor Marketing will engage with potential owners to arrange package sales and preliminary tours, explaining details and verifying eligibility for sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote brand image awareness and utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
• Communicate with potential owners via phone to arrange package sales and preliminary tours.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule package sales and preliminary tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility requirements for scheduling package sales and preliminary tours before arranging excursions for Marriott Vacation Club.
• Determine and award gifts to guests as a thank you for their patronage.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing, including filing, emailing, transcribing information, and faxing.
• Receive, record, and transmit messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for company policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, ensure professional appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect guest and colleague privacy.
• Receive and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate protocol.
• Cultivate positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required for this position.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, located in the Red Sea region. The role involves working within a sales and marketing team, supporting efforts to promote the brand and engage with potential clients.
