The Role of Team Leader, Food & Beverage

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a Team Leader, Food & Beverage, to support the daily operations of its dining outlets. This full-time role involves assisting in the supervision of the service team, ensuring consistent service quality, and upholding the brand standards of Miraval. The ideal candidate will be passionate and guest-focused, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily supervision of Food & Beverage colleagues during service operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by coaching team members and leading by example.
• Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and courteously.
• Ensure service areas are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for smooth operations.
• Support team scheduling, shift briefings, and operational checklists.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Act as a liaison between the service team and management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated passion for guest service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
