About the Role

StealthWatch, in partnership with a global network security vendor, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position represents the first Technical Account Manager role for the vendor in the region, focusing on customer engagement and technical advisory.

Role Overview

The Technical Account Manager will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the deployed technology. This role involves combining strong technical network security knowledge with effective customer-facing skills to drive successful deployments and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to ensure optimal utilization of network security technology.
• Act as a primary technical advisor for customer accounts.
• Facilitate successful technology deployments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of Network Security principles and technologies.

• Experience within a Cyber Security or Network Security vendor environment.
