This full-time role involves maintaining the physical safety and functionality of hotel properties, ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Technical Supervisor Engineer is responsible for the upkeep of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations. This role is central to ensuring that all aspects of the property are functional and safe, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities to ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to service requests from guests and work orders from team members.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep across areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections regularly to identify and address potential issues with facilities and equipment.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues that require further attention or follow-up.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a technical supervision or maintenance engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform diverse maintenance tasks across various trades.
• Experience in conducting preventive maintenance and documenting activities.
