About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves maintaining the physical safety and functionality of hotel properties, ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks and inspections across various hotel areas.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
Respond promptly to service requests from guests and work orders from team members.
Perform diverse maintenance tasks, including repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.

Required Experience and Skills

5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical or maintenance role.
Demonstrated ability to maintain physical functionality and safety standards.
Proficiency in various maintenance areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
Strong organizational skills for documenting maintenance activities and managing service requests.
