Technician HVAC Senior

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role involves the inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and guest comfort. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of the mechanical plant.
• Monitor and control property temperature, and analyze energy and utilities usage.
• Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other relevant equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring.
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.

Operational Compliance and Safety

• Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.
• Complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Guest Service and Team Collaboration

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs with professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with others using clear and professional language.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, and move in confined or elevated spaces.
• Capable of moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and ascending/descending stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders.
• Proficiency in grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight.
• Ability to assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
