Tetra Pak Machine Operator_Saudi Arabia

About the Role

GREENLAND GROUP is seeking a Tetra Pak Machine Operator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves the setup, operation, and monitoring of tomato processing lines, including concentrate, pulp, and puree production, as well as the operation and supervision of Tetra Pak filling machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and calibrate machines, ensuring they are clean and ready for operation.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize speed and efficiency for various production requirements.
• Monitor the feeding of raw materials into processing lines.
• Inspect machine parts and tools regularly to ensure full functionality and prevent operational issues.
• Operate multiple types of processing and filling machines as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality checks on output to ensure products meet specified standards.
• Maintain accurate daily operational records and logs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operating and supervising processing and filling machines, specifically Tetra Pak equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare, calibrate, and maintain industrial machinery.
• Proven experience in monitoring raw material input and ensuring output quality.

Work Type
