The Role of Treasury Lead

Syarah is seeking a Treasury Lead to manage the company's daily treasury operations. This full-time role is central to ensuring effective cash flow management, accurate bank reconciliations, and the smooth execution of all payment processes. The Treasury Lead will maintain strong communication channels with both banks and internal stakeholders to support the company's financial stability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
• Manage daily cash flow planning and assess liquidity requirements.
• Supervise and control all inward and outward payment processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Maintain effective communication with banks and external financial institutions.
• Monitor treasury activities to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury or cash management roles.
