Position Summary: Waiter, Saudi National

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Waiter (Saudi National) to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal, focusing on creating a memorable experience.
• Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring transactions feel integrated into the overall experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe workplace.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; moving over various surfaces; lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; and reaching overhead and below the knees.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.

Work Environment and Expectations

The role requires individuals to be on their feet and moving around for extended periods, managing menus, and taking a hands-on approach to work. Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication is critical for success in this role.
