About the Role

Progressive Global Energy Limited is seeking experienced WBCO Specialists to support full-time offshore and onshore operations in Saudi Arabia. This role involves planning and executing wellbore clean-out activities, negative testing operations, PBL applications, and completion support services, while adhering to stringent safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Wellbore Clean-Out (WBCO) operations in accordance with client procedures and industry standards.
• Prepare and deploy clean-out assemblies, including scrapers, brushes, magnets, junk baskets, and related tools.
• Perform and supervise negative testing operations.
• Execute PBL (Plug Bumping/PBL Sub) operations and circulation activities.
• Prepare job programs, risk assessments, tally sheets, and post-job reports.
• Ensure proper tool preparation, inspection, maintenance, and function testing.
• Interface directly with client representatives and rig personnel.
• Provide technical troubleshooting during operations.
• Lead crews and ensure continuous compliance with HSE requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Wellbore Clean-Out operations.
• Proven experience with WBCO tool assemblies, negative testing, PBL operations, and completion support activities.
• Demonstrated experience in rig-up and rig-down operations.
• Strong knowledge of completion and intervention operations.
• Ability to lead field crews and manage client interactions effectively.
• Valid offshore certificates, if applicable.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position supporting both offshore and onshore operations within Saudi Arabia.
