The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for managing distributor performance, achieving annual sales targets, and developing strong partnerships to ensure sustainable long-term growth. Responsibilities:
- Deploy standard work and Distributor Management Process (DMP) for distributors.
- Monitor revenue, bookings, backlog, and unit volumes to meet sales targets.
- Develop understanding of distributor contracts, P&L’s, and financial structures.
- Implement risk mitigation actions to enable distributors to achieve targets.
- Evaluate distributor sales pipeline and implement demand generation actions.
- Align distributor inventory levels with their sales targets.
- Assess parts consumption based on the installed base.

Key Competencies:
- Experience with low-pressure business products.
- Technical knowledge of Air Compressors, Air Treatment Equipment, and Gas Generators.
- Capability for basic financial analysis.
- Project management skills are a plus.
