الوصف الوظيفي: نحن نبحث عن مشرف تنظيف وتدبير للانضمام إلى فريقنا في شركة الخليج المتطورة للصيانة والنظافة. ستقوم بالإشراف على أنشطة التدبير في المرافق التجارية، وتنسيقها وتنفيذها للحفاظ على المرافق مرتبة ونظيفة.

الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:
  • إدارة الجدول الزمني للخدمات.
  • التخطيط للجداول الزمنية الخاصة بأعمال الموظفين وتحضيرها.
  • الإشراف على الموظفين أثناء أداء واجباتهم مثل مسح الأتربة وكنس الأرضيات وتنظيف دورات المياه.
  • الحث على تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات التدبير المنزلي.
  • مراقبة مخزون إمدادات التنظيف والمعدات والإمدادات الأخرى.
  • اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة: التعليم الفني العالي
الخبرة: سنة واحدة
اللغات: الإنجليزية بمستوى متوسط
