We are looking for a dedicated and passionate specialist to oversee and manage various services for families of prisoners and ex-prisoners. Your role will include:
We require candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in:
Advanced skills in customer service, investigation, quality assurance, research, reporting/monitoring, and measuring customer feedback are preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (MOS) is required, and having a Cambridge certificate in IT skills is a plus. Proficiency in Arabic is required, and knowledge of English is a desirable asset.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate specialist to oversee and manage various services for families of prisoners and ex-prisoners. Your role will include:
- Identify the family needs of beneficiaries and supervise related programs such as communication care programs, guidance services, and family skills development.
- Classify the needs of beneficiaries and oversee the fulfillment of service requirements to ensure fair distribution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with beneficiaries and manage their case studies, prioritizing needs according to 'Tarham' directives.
- Develop and implement plans to support beneficiaries’ capacities, alongside maintaining an updated database and continuous communication.
- Supervise budgeting plans and monitor financial affairs to successfully implement strategic plans.
- Create organized policies and oversee center operations, maintenance of facilities, and regular reporting on staff performance.
- Oversee capacity-building programs covering training needs as well as employment support for beneficiaries.
- Identify financial assistance needs and ensure they are met fairly and timely.
