Your Responsibilities:

• Collect data on customer behavior and sales trends.
• Build relationships with customers through a multi-channel approach.
• Provide product feedback before purchase.
• Enhance employee loyalty through initiatives and experiences.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist in online purchase and in-store pickup.
• Gather customer data for marketing team.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program.
• Support in-store marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media campaigns.
• Boost in-store sales.
• Support customer experience initiatives.
• Communicate feedback on store effectiveness.

Your Qualifications:

• Saudi nationality or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
