Your Role:The primary objective of the Area Sales Manager (ASM) is to supervise the sales and marketing activities of designated area to achieve revenue targets by providing excellent service and advice to current customers while leveraging new and existing business to grow market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise sales activities to achieve targets in the area.
- Identify growth opportunities and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Acts and company policies.
- Oversee customer development and maintain relationships with key accounts.

Your Background:- Graduate in Pharma discipline and Post Graduation in Management preferred.
- 912 years experience in orthopaedic implants/pharma sales.
- Strong experience with orthopaedic surgeons and proven management capabilities.
The incumbent must have a working proficiency in the local language/English and possess strong commercial acumen. Travel expectations are 70% of the time.
