Responsibilities:
- Study and monitor market developments and identify and develop marketing objectives.
- Propose and follow up on the implementation of sales policies and establish effective promotional programs.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and solve their problems.
- Evaluate the performance of sales representatives and provide corrective solutions.
- Prepare documents and reports related to sales and the execution of policies and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Communication, E-commerce, or Sales Management.
- Practical experience of no less than two years in the sales field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certificate preferred.
- Professional Salesman Certificate (CAME - PSC) preferred.
