At BEAM Consolidated in Abha, we are seeking a passionate individual to drive sales and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and inquiries
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
• Cross-sell products and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Follow up all inquiries, preparing proposals when necessary
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
• Promote our products to potential clients through a pro-active approach
• Assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Retail Sales Development Manager
• Record the progress of all inquiries and conduct market feedback
• Prepare and send quotes, collect purchase orders and payments
• Ensure prompt collection of payments

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• 2 to 3 years proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients
• Proven experience as Sales Executive in a similar industry is a must
