Your Responsibilities
At Chalhoub, creativity is the result of collective effort! As a store supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales targets while providing an exceptional experience for guests.
  • Enhancing talents within the team through on-the-job training.
  • Enhancing employee satisfaction through cultural initiatives and employee experiences.
  • Supervising the daily operations of the store.
  • Providing support to store employees during events.
  • Acting as the main point of contact with the back office team.
  • Working to achieve revenue goals and increase store sales.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
