The Eastern Construction Company is looking for an experienced professional to join the technical support team. This position will enhance our services and ensure the good performance of the devices and technologies that the company relies on.

Location:
Your tasks will be in the cities of Jeddah, Abha, Najran, and Taif.

Main Responsibilities:

• Document devices and their accessories, and record daily issues.
• Conduct regular and preventive maintenance of devices.
• Provide answers to questions related to device issues and direct users to the correct parties when needed.
• Ensure system readiness and contain the necessary software.
• Prepare technical reports and develop work methods using modern technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Support, Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Network Engineering Technology.
• Practical experience of at least two years in the field.

Required Skills:

• Machine maintenance.
• Installation and maintenance of computer devices.
• System examination and problem-solving.
• Assisting customers and responding to their inquiries.
