Join Baseet as a Freelance Videographer & Editor!

This 2-month contract position is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Moving Scientific Exhibition, traveling across five major cities in Saudi Arabia. We're looking for a skilled and reliable individual who excels in visual storytelling and can produce high-quality content on the move.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture daily highlights of the exhibition, including interactive activities, student engagement, and venue setup.
  • Deliver one edited video (12 minutes) per day summarizing the exhibition’s activities.
  • Provide a set of professionally edited photos for each school or location visited.
  • Coordinate with the exhibition and communications teams to ensure key moments and branding requirements are captured.
  • Maintain an organized archive of footage and photos throughout the journey.
  • Travel with the exhibition team and adapt to various locations and shooting environments.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in photography and videography, preferably for educational, public engagement, or field-based projects.
  • Proficient in editing software (*, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
  • Equipped with personal professional-grade camera gear, lenses, audio equipment, and editing tools.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily delivery deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple cities.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to manage a diverse workforce.
