Responsibilities:

• Achieve the assigned order booking budget.
• Support monthly budget meetings and reports.
• Engage in strategic program execution and business development.
• Evaluate and prioritize RFQs, coordinating quotes with the Inside Sales team.
• Build strong customer relationships through site visits (6070% travel).
• Provide after-market support and assist in customer turnaround activities.
• Engage with customers for service agreements and spare part recommendations.
• Drive improvements in plant reliability and safety.
• Participate in budgeting processes and monthly operation reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales experience in Oil & Gas or related industries.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a must.
• Knowledge of Industrial and Natural Gas Regulators and Pressure Relief Valves is preferred.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

About the Role
The Sales Representative is a leading driver of our customer interactions and sales performance. They are the face of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients in order to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

Major Accountabilities:

• Drive Competitive Sales Growth: Identify and prioritize high-potential customers through data analysis (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescription decisions.
• Engage and Build Relationships: Engage in value-based conversations (in-person and virtually) to understand critical customer challenges, decision-drivers, pain points and opportunities.
• Develop Deep Customer Insights: Gather insights on the customer’s business to uncover what is important to them.
• Deliver Value to Customers and Patients: Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.

• Work Experience: Established Network to target Customer Group desirable. Sales in Healthcare / Pharma / related business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Support: Assist in the coordination and preparation of financial audits by providing necessary documentation, answering auditor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with audit procedures.
• Financial Planning: Collaborate with management to develop financial forecasts, projections, and strategic plans to support business growth and long-term sustainability.
• Advisory Role: Provide financial guidance and support to various departments or stakeholders within the organization, offering insights into financial implications of decisions and initiatives.
