Rasees Perfumes Company is looking for a branch supervisor with experience in management and supervision to join its team. The main responsibilities of this role will be related to ensuring the efficiency of daily operations across various branches and achieving sales targets.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of branch performance and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Monitoring the achievement of sales and operational targets for each branch.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Preparing periodic reports for senior management on branch performance.
