Job Tasks:
1- Receiving customers: Receiving customers in a professional and friendly manner, and assisting them in identifying their needs.
2- Coordination within the workshop: Organizing the workflow within the workshop and ensuring operations run efficiently, including coordinating between different departments.
3- Pricing and describing products: Determining product prices according to approved policies, in addition to providing accurate descriptions of products to customers.
4- Entering data into the system: Accurately entering product and sales details into the automated system to ensure all operations are recorded correctly.
5- Marketing products and services: Contributing to promoting the offered products and services, and implementing marketing strategies within the exhibition.
6- Keeping the place suitable for receiving customers: Ensuring that the exhibition or workshop is clean and organized at all times to provide a comfortable environment for customers.
7- Completing sales and balancing: Conducting sales transactions effectively, including collecting payments and providing receipts to customers.
8- Delivering tasks to colleagues: Collaborating with colleagues in different departments, and ensuring that tasks are delivered in an orderly manner.
9- Coordination between concerned departments: Effectively communicating with the concerned departments to ensure that products and services are available to meet customer needs.
10- Following up on orders: Monitoring the receipt and distribution of orders and ensuring they are delivered on time.
11- Monitoring inventory: Keeping track of product inventory and providing reports on future needs to ensure the continuous availability of products.
12- Responding to special requests: Dealing with any special requests from customers and providing suitable solutions for them.
Job Requirements:
1- High communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and convey information clearly and warmly.
2- High school diploma at least: The applicant must have a general secondary education diploma at a minimum.
3- Intermediate English: Proficiency in English at an intermediate level, to be able to deal with diverse customers and enter products into the system.
4- Ability to work under pressure: Ability to manage various tasks in a work environment that may require working under pressure.
5- Flexibility concerning working hours and shifts: Willingness to work at flexible times including morning and evening shifts, according to the needs of the exhibition.
6- Good behavior with customers and colleagues: The applicant must have high ethics and possess the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
7- Sales experience: Previous experience in sales or in similar environments is preferred.
