Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Manager to join Bukhamseen Investment. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead staff training and development, all while expanding our brand presence with a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the e-commerce store and coordinate with service providers.
- Monitor daily fulfilled orders and manage store updates.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and organize store layout based on analysis.
- Implement marketing strategies and execute paid advertising campaigns.
- Track store metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Expand market presence on platforms like Trendyol, Noon, Amazon, and Biek.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for visual content creation.
- Minimum 3 years managing e-commerce stores, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with platforms like Noon and Amazon.
- Proficient in e-commerce management systems (*, Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strong marketing skills, particularly in paid advertising.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Analytical skills for performance reporting and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT preferred.
- Certifications in E-commerce Management or Digital Marketing advantageous.
- Deep understanding of consumer culture in Saudi Arabia.
- Significant increase in e-commerce sales and orders.
- Enhancement of average cart size.
- Consistent monthly increase in website traffic.
