We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team.

This position offers a great opportunity for candidates with exceptional criteria and a strong background in human resources management. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing daily HR operations.
  • Monitoring government platforms and data entry.
  • Calculating salaries and financial entitlements.
  • Implementing labor regulations and systems.
  • Preparing periodic reports.
  • Communicating with relevant government authorities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 12 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Proficiency in government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Taqat, Labor Office, Social Insurance).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi labor system, salary calculations, end-of-service benefits, and annual leave.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
  • Advanced experience in Excel.
