- Calculating salaries and financial entitlements.
- Implementing labor regulations and systems.
- Preparing periodic reports.
- Communicating with relevant government authorities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 12 years of experience in the HR field.
- Proficiency in government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Taqat, Labor Office, Social Insurance).
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi labor system, salary calculations, end-of-service benefits, and annual leave.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
- Advanced experience in Excel.
