As a Hostess, your day will be dynamic and fulfilling. You will be the first point of contact for our guests at the restaurant, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued. Throughout your shift, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and confirming reservations.
• Preparing the restaurant for opening and ensuring that it meets our high standards.
• Taking telephone bookings efficiently and accurately.
• Resolving guest complaints promptly and maintaining excellent service quality.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of hostess stations and menus.
• Carrying food and beverage trays safely and efficiently.
