UtoPia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tourism Sales Specialist to join our Saudi Arabia branch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in travel sales and tourism package coordination and arrangement for international destinations such as Bosnia, Turkey, Schengen countries, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and sell travel and tourism packages tailored for the Saudi market and international destinations.
• Coordinate tourism packages, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and guided tours.
• Utilize Amadeus GDS for booking and itinerary management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
• Identify new sales opportunities in Saudi and international markets.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after trips.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel sales, especially in the Bosnia, Turkey, Schengen countries markets.
• Experience working with the Saudi market is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Amadeus.
• Experience in tourism coordination and custom travel package creation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
