About the Role

Arla Foods is seeking a Van Sales professional for a full-time position in Al Hafuf, Eastern region. This role involves direct customer engagement along an assigned route, focusing on sales, product delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to visit customers on a designated route, sell and deliver products, and achieve established sales targets. The Van Sales professional is also responsible for ensuring product availability and visibility, collecting payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the assigned daily route and visit all scheduled customers.
• Sell and deliver products while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Identify new customers and sales opportunities within the assigned route.
• Ensure product availability, proper display, accurate pricing, and effective promotional execution.
• Check van stock and apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out), expiry, return, and damaged-product procedures.
• Issue invoices, collect payments, and complete daily cash and stock reconciliation.
• Record transactions accurately using the handheld sales system (HHT).
• Maintain positive customer relationships and report market or competitor activities.
• Keep the sales van clean, organized, and in good operating condition.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driving license.
• Good communication, selling, and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work effectively in the field.
• Basic knowledge of HHT systems, cash collection, and stock handling.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role requiring daily travel along an assigned route, interacting directly with customers and managing product delivery from a sales van.
