We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Jubail. As an essential member of our administration, you will handle various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Coordinate meetings and collate mail.
  • Prepare communications, including memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
  • Write and edit various communications, ensuring professionalism.
