- Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant legislation, while identifying opportunities for updates.
- Collaborate with business units to implement employee engagement strategies that promote inclusivity.
- Lead the performance management process including reviews, feedback, and coaching.
- Manage employee relations issues effectively to enhance workplace culture.
- Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed of labor laws in KSA to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update organizational structures and job descriptions.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Align HR initiatives with organizational goals in developing HR strategy.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 58 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in multinational organizations.
- Strong understanding of KSA labor laws.
- Experience in employee engagement and performance management.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
