• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers for Drip Irrigation Products.
• Develop a global distribution network by evaluating and appointing distributors.
• Conduct market data analysis and share insights across the product line.
• Manage product registrations and approvals in coordination with QA/QC departments.
• Represent PCC at exhibitions and industry events.
• Provide effective training and learning sessions for staff and clients.
• Contribute to procurement for raw material selection.
• Oversee the profit and loss management for the Drip Irrigation products line.

Desired Qualifications:

• Engineering degree, preferably in Agriculture Engineering. MBA in sales and marketing is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Drip Irrigation.
• Strong knowledge of drip irrigation operations and maintenance.
• Experience in KSA, GCC, and East African markets is advantageous.
• Proven success in a managerial sales role.
• Valid Saudi national ID or transferable residence permit and driving license.
• Willingness for overnight travel.
